All eligible residents of the City of Hyattsville  can vote, regardless of immigration status.  This includes undocumented immigrants, DACA, TPS, and renters.

Eligibility Requirements: You can vote in City of Hyattsville elections if you:

  1. Are at least 16 years of age
  2. Have the City of Hyattsville as your primary residence
  3. Do not claim the right to vote elsewhere in the U.S.
  4. Have not been found by a court to be unable to communicate the desire to vote
